FANUC Robotics RCS Module is a controller-accurate robot motion simulation component designed for use within compatible offline programming and digital twin platforms. It replicates the motion behavior of FANUC industrial robots so engineers can validate paths, predict cycle times, and optimize cell layouts before deployment, reducing commissioning risk and rework.

Key capabilities:

  • Controller-level motion fidelity, including kinematics, interpolation, blending, singularity handling, and limit enforcement
  • More reliable cycle-time and path-accuracy assessments than generic kinematic models
  • Support for common motion types (e.g., joint, linear, circular) with parameters such as speeds, accelerations, and blending
  • Integration with leading OLP/simulation tools through standard robot-simulation interfaces
  • Enables virtual commissioning workflows: reachability studies, collision checks, and sequence validation
